As an Agent of Creative Change, I established Arnhouse to serve the growing number of individuals and organisations that now want a fresh perspective on facing the complex problems we face in our organisations.
My work is informed by over 18 years commitment to personal development, exploring deeply through Eastern Philosophy and Western Psychology. As well as my own journey of transformation, I have been working in the field for over 9 years.
I am deeply grateful to those who have championed me by seeing my potential, before I’ve been ready to, and to those who I’ve had the honour of working with.
In addition to running Arnhouse, I am a Learning Consultant for The Learning Architect, delivering Workplace Wellness programmes.
I enjoy living in East Devon (but happy to work globally), practise meditation and love to dance.
